You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Products and Availability
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are presented on the website. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate, but display differences may occur. Product availability may change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products. We reserve the right to correct errors and to contact you about a material error affecting an order before fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unavailable items.
Orders and Payments
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inaccurate information, or unavailable inventory. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
All prices and transactions are in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and any shipping charges disclosed at checkout are added where required. You authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total displayed before you submit the order.
Shipping and Delivery
We sell to customers in the United States. Products are shipped directly from China by third-party suppliers. Order processing takes 2 to 4 business days, followed by an estimated delivery time of 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Products in one order may be shipped and delivered in separate packages. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customs duties, import charges, and similar fees assessed on a shipment are the customer's responsibility, to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed as required. Please consult our Shipping Policy for more information.
Refunds and Order Issues
Requests for refunds must be submitted to support@sterllan.com within 30 days after the product's delivery. Requests may be considered when a product arrives damaged, an incorrect item is received, an order remains undelivered beyond the stated maximum delivery period, or a customer reports dissatisfaction within the applicable period and provides a photograph of the product. Personalized products are excluded from discretionary refunds, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
We do not require physical returns. If a refund is approved, the customer may keep or dispose of the item, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are expected to appear on the customer's statement within 10 business days, subject to the payment provider's processing time. Consult our Return and Refund Policy for full details. These provisions do not restrict any applicable statutory consumer rights.
